I grew up on a farm in South Dakota. I have degrees in chemistry, nursing and an MBA from Troy State University. Prior to my real estate career, I was a Vice President at Compass Telecommunications in Scottsdale, Arizona and then a Vice President at Level3 Communications in Broomfield, Colorado. I also served eleven years as an officer in the US Air Force. I had the unique opportunity to live in both Germany and Turkey as part of my USAF experience. As a result of frequent moves with the USAF and corporate America, I am personally familiar with the joys and pains of selling a home and finding a new home. I bring a disciplined, organized approach to my business that will ensure a positive experience for my clients. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and will give each client my undivided attention and energy.
I am an avid horse owner. I have been competing in three-day eventing, dressage and hunter/jumper shows for many years. I have an Oldenburg gelding. I am the Vice President of the Mountain States Eventing Association. I am also a member of the Rocky Mountain Dressage Association, the Colorado Hunter Jumper Association, the United States Eventing Association and the US Equestrian Federation. As a horse owner, I specialize in horse, rural and farm properties, but know my way around all of the Boulder/Longmont/Berthoud area. I understand what horse owners need and want in a horse property, including facilities, water etc. However, I will be happy to help you with all real estate needs. My personal objective is to make your real estate experience positive, fun and productive.
