I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate since May of 1993 and honestly can’t imagine doing anything else for a living. I love my job, which I’m sure is one reason I’ve been so successful at it. I always say the more I laugh the more successful I am. I’ve met so many fun people, many of which have become true friends.
I love to hike, read, play cards, spend time with my beautiful little granddaughters, and travel with my husband. My idea of a perfect vacation is anywhere there’s a beach; while Bill’s is anywhere there’s a nearby train junction (Nebraska is a favorite hotspot we visit often).
Something else that brings meaning and purpose to my life is my volunteer work with the Sheriff’s office as victim advocate. Helping people through a traumatic event in their lives is the most rewarding, fulfilling thing I’ve ever done. It also makes me so very grateful for all the blessings in my life. I count them daily.
I look forward to helping all of you in your pursuit of your real estate goals. I’m a firm believer in education and giving my clients the benefit of my extensive knowledge and expertise. I’ve taken a prodigious number of classes and have produced the necessary number of transactions to earn the following designations:
• Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
• Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Only 4% of all agents nationally have obtained this certification.
• Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
• Master of Real Estate (MRE)
Only 1% of all Colorado agents have obtained this certification.
• Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)
Only .0016% of all Colorado agents have obtained this certification.
