I am a detail oriented sales professional. I will work patiently, hard, and smart, to find you just the right house. I will attempt to show clients ANY HOME FOR SALE, BY ANY COMPANY as well as help you shop and negotiate new construction. I will coordinate sales and marketing efforts to help you sell your home and time your new purchase. If moving out of the area, I can help you find a competent Realtor in your new community. I can also prescreen agents for you to interview to list your home, if moving from another area. I assist in helping buyers find lenders and in getting them qualified.
