Though Louisville is located just six miles from Boulder and 25 miles from Denver, residents think of this pretty little town as a hometown, not a suburb. Main Street could be plucked right from Disneyland, as the brightly painted Victorian buildings offer the same feel as those in the Magic Kingdom. Cozy coffee shops; eclectic restaurants and fine boutiques line the streets.

Recently named the “Fifth Best Place to Live in the United States” by Money magazine, residents wouldn’t trade their mountain views and quiet streets for anything. Championship golf courses, hiking, biking, and limitless other recreational activities are a stones throw away, while those seeking cultural activities and a swinging nightlife need only to travel a few minutes to Boulder or Denver.

Residential growth is not expected, as there is little room for expansion in that area, though both commercial and industrial growth is anticipated in both the nearby Centennial Valley and the Colorado Tech Center.
